Lyons Illinois Police Officer stated to Gerald A Goldman that Lyons Police Officers Lt Robert Sullivan and Officer Richard Husarik will leave no trace around to expose their involvement In the conspiracy to murder Ken Eto. Lyons Illinois Police Officer Tony L. told Gerald A Goldman that Lt Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik will kill Jasper Campise and John Gattuso while they were out on bond and then kill him due to him being a witness to the conspiracy to murder Ken Eto. Officer Tony L. advised Goldman to leave town. When Goldman learned that Jasper Campise and John Gattuso were found murdered he left town. Prior to fleeing Lyons Illinois because he had witnessed Lyons Illinois Police Officers order the murder of Ken Eto shortly after the failed hit on Ken Eto co conspirators of Jasper Campise and John Gattuso on January 16,1983 specifically Lt. Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik arrested Gerald Goldman at a landfill in McCook Illinois at gun point at 3 in the morning, falsely charged him with a DUI, took him to the Lyons Illinois jail and told him to keep his mouth shut about their involvement in the conspiracy to murder Ken Eto or he would be found hung in the jail cell, Sullivan also submitted false documentation to the tow truck operator and ordered him to except . Husarik had Goldmans work truck towed but on the ticket listed the truck as a AMC automobile, The truck was towed from McCook Illinois but listed as Lyons Illinois on the towing receipt. Goldman was left alone for four hours in a unlocked cell until their was a change in shifts of officers, Gerald Goldman had obtained an attorney to represent him in court on the false charges placed against by Husarik and Sullivan but upon of learning of Campise and Gattuso murders he chose to flee to Florida. As a result of leaving the state to avoid death at the hands of Sullivan and Husarik Gerald Goldman was unable to attend the jury trial he demanded because of his innocence he chose to flee to Florida and stay alive. Subsequently he had a bond forfeiture his drivers license suspended and then revoked. After 27 years in Florida with a clean driving record he went to renew his drivers license and learned that Illinois had notified Florida of the 1983 DUI conviction and Goldman had to complete an out of state petition and pay a $500.00 reinstatement fee in order to renew his Florida drivers license Gerald Goldman because he witnessed criminal acts of racketeering and murder by law enforcement personal feels that he has been victimized twice. He was falsely arrested at gun point and falsely charged with a DUI and false documentation was submitted to the court by Sullivan and Husarik ( killers in police uniforms) threatened to be hung in a jail cell, lost his Illinois driving privileges, had to flee the state to stay alive, Lost his business personal property and finances,Gerald Goldman did call the FBI on January 16,1983 from the jail pod area for help and was told in regard to his kidnapping at gunpoint and false charge of DUI (let us know how it turns out in court) In 2008 Gerald Goldman was victimized again by the State of Illinois in amount of, $500,00 based upon false documentation submitted to the court by Sullivan and Husarik.The Illinois State Police had been notified of the unsolved murders of John Gattuso and Jasper Campise and informed as to who ordered the hit on Ken Eto as well as to the identities of the persons that murdered Campise and Gattuso but they claim that the case is out of their jurisdiction. Information as to who ordered the hit on Ken Eto and as to who murdered Jasper Campise and John Gattuso along with volumes of documentation, photos, witness names address and phone numbers and other supporting documents which Gerald Goldman at great financial expense provided to the FBI. Since 2008 the FBI has failed to investigate killers in police uniforms, Lt. Who ordered the hit on Ken Eto in 1983 Ken Eto 1919-2004
The hit on Ken Eto was ordered by members of the Village of Lyons Illinois Police Department. Prior to being kidnapped at gun point and falsely charged with a DUI placed in a unlocked cell and threatened to be hung on January 16, 1983, I Gerald A Goldman witnessed the following events. In Elloitts restaurant on Ogden avenue in Lyons Illinois seated in the booth in front of me were Lyons Police Officers Lt, Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik,facing Jasper Campasie and John Gatuso ,I witnessed Lt, Robert Sullivan order Jasper Campise and John Gattuso to shoot Ken Eto in the head and leave his body on the west side of Chicago so the Blacks would be blamed. Husarik commented on the type of silincer that could be used in the crime. Lt. Sullivan commented here comes the chinaman now as he and Husarikstood up from the booth and walked towards the cash register to pay their bill. As he turned back from the regester he recognized that I had been sitting behind him and heard his orders to Campise and Gattuso to shoot Ken Eto in the head. I knew then that my life was. in great danger. Then in walked Ken Eto and sat in the booth facing Campise and Gattuso. I immediately left the restaurant and told my land lord what I had seen and heard. He told me that you cannot talk about the Police in his country because you disappear. While standing in the landlords body shop we heard that a oriental man was shot in the head in Chicago, Illinois and left for dead. Apparently Ken Eto survived the hit when the bullets bounced of his skull, Ken Eto did not know that Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik were the individuals that ordered his death, The FBI needed Ken Eto as a witness to help solve many crimes by criminals and police officers and convinced him that the mob was the source of the ordered hit However I Gerald A Goldman witnessed Lt. Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik order the hit only a few hours before Campise and Gattuso actually shot Ken Eto in the head in Chicago Illinois.I Was a witness to a Federal crime of racketeering and attempted murder and told my landlord.about the Ken Eto hit only hours before it happened. After the failed hit while Campise and Gatuso were out on bond I became a victum of Lt. Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik when they falsely arrested me at gun point in McCook Illinois placed me in the Lyons jail with a unlocked cell door and threatened to hang me if I did not keep my mouth shut about what I had heard at Elloitts restaurant hours before Ken Eto was shot in the head. Sullivan and Husarik falsified documentation also to the tow truck driver were on his receipt of the tow he listed a car instead of the truck I was stopped in on McCook Illinois private land fill road where I had been in the guard shack on the telephone alerting people I new that en Etos killers were waiting for me to exit the land fill area so they could silence me for what I had witnessed at Elloitts. At my first court appearance I requested a public defender when suddenly Officer Husarik jumped up and stated ( he doesn’t need a attorney my friend said he has a attorney and he is going to sue me,) The judge examined me and then gave me a public defender. The case was moved to another court and the prosecutor wanted me to plead to going through a stop sign I wanted a jury trial which had to be rescheduled When I was leaving the courthouse I saw Husarik and he was pointing his hand in my direction and exhibiting his finger and thumb as tho he was threatening to shoot me,I contacted an attorney to appear with me on the next scheduled appearance however after speeking with Lyons Police officer Tony L. he told me that Sullivan and Husarik were going to murder Campise and Gattuso while they were out on bond so they would not be traced to the Ken Eto hit and then kill me because I was a witness to the conspiracy. When I learned that Campise and Gattuso were found murdered I realized that I had to leave the area to save my life from these killers in Village of Lyons Police uniforms,Aa a victim I lost my vehicle, business, finances and lifestyle but saved my life I lost my bond,had my licensed suspended and then revoked then in 2008 I had to complete an out of state petition to get my driving privileges back at the cost of a reinstatement fee of $500,00 I was victimized again for something I did not do. ROBERT SULLIVAN AND RICHARD HUSARIK. OF THE LYONS ILLINOIS POLICE DEPARTMENT. AS A RESULT OF BEING IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME I BECAME A VICTUM OF CRIMINAL POLICE ACTION. I WAS FALSELY ARRESTED AT GUN POINT AT 3 A.M. TO LEAVE TOWN BECAUSE HE SAID THAT ROBERT SULLIVAN AND RICHARD HUSARIK WERE GOING TO MURDER JASPER CAMPISE AND JOHN GATTUSO WHILE THEY WERE OUT ON BOND AND THEN MURDER ME BECAUSE I WITNESSED THE ORDER TO KILL KEN ETO COME DIRECTLY FROM LT. ROBERT SULLIVANS MOUTH. JASPER CAMPISE AND JOHN GATTUSO AND THEIR ULTIMATE DEATHS SHOULD BE LAYED AT THE DOOR STEP OF THE FBI BECAUSE THEIR DEATHS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THE FBI WOULD HAVE COME TO MY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE ON JANUARY 16,1983 WHEN I WAS KIDNAPPED AT GUN POINT AND FALSELY CHARGED WITH TRAFFIC OFENCES THAT NEVER OCCURRED. SO MUCH FOR THE FBI. AFTER I LEARNED THAT CAMPISE AND GASTUSO WERE MURDERED I FEARED THAT SULLIVAN AND HUSARIK WOULD MURDER ME BECAUSE I WITNESSED THEIR CRIMES. I TOOK LYONS ILLINOIS POLICE OFFICERS TONY L. ADVISEAND LEFT TOWN TO SAVE MY LIFE BECAUSE I WAS IN GREAT DANGER AND REALIZING THAT THE FBI WAS A ORGONIZATION THAT ONLY PROTECTED THE WEALTHY AND NOT THE CITIZENS THAT PAY THEIR SALERY I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. IN LEAVING LYONS I LOST BUSINESS PROPERTY FINANCES AND WAS SUBJECTED TO TRAFFIC CHARGES AND COSTS THAT WERE FALSE., SULLIVAN AND HUSARIK HAVE GOTTON AWAY WITH RACKETEERING AND MURDER FOR 28 YEARS.
