Lyons Illinois Police Officer stated to Gerald A Goldman that Lyons Police Officers Lt Robert Sullivan and Officer Richard Husarik will leave no trace around to expose their involvement In the conspiracy to murder Ken Eto. Lyons Illinois Police Officer Tony L. told Gerald A Goldman that Lt Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik will kill Jasper Campise and John Gattuso while they were out on bond and then kill him due to him being a witness to the conspiracy to murder Ken Eto. Officer Tony L. advised Goldman to leave town. When Goldman learned that Jasper Campise and John Gattuso were found murdered he left town. Prior to fleeing Lyons Illinois because he had witnessed Lyons Illinois Police Officers order the murder of Ken Eto shortly after the failed hit on Ken Eto co conspirators of Jasper Campise and John Gattuso on January 16,1983 specifically Lt. Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik arrested Gerald Goldman at a landfill in McCook Illinois at gun point at 3 in the morning, falsely charged him with a DUI, took him to the Lyons Illinois jail and told him to keep his mouth shut about their involvement in the conspiracy to murder Ken Eto or he would be found hung in the jail cell, Sullivan also submitted false documentation to the tow truck operator and ordered him to except . Husarik had Goldmans work truck towed but on the ticket listed the truck as a AMC automobile, The truck was towed from McCook Illinois but listed as Lyons Illinois on the towing receipt. Goldman was left alone for four hours in a unlocked cell until their was a change in shifts of officers, Gerald Goldman had obtained an attorney to represent him in court on the false charges placed against by Husarik and Sullivan but upon of learning of Campise and Gattuso murders he chose to flee to Florida. As a result of leaving the state to avoid death at the hands of Sullivan and Husarik Gerald Goldman was unable to attend the jury trial he demanded because of his innocence he chose to flee to Florida and stay alive. Subsequently he had a bond forfeiture his drivers license suspended and then revoked. After 27 years in Florida with a clean driving record he went to renew his drivers license and learned that Illinois had notified Florida of the 1983 DUI conviction and Goldman had to complete an out of state petition and pay a $500.00 reinstatement fee in order to renew his Florida drivers license Gerald Goldman because he witnessed criminal acts of racketeering and murder by law enforcement personal feels that he has been victimized twice. He was falsely arrested at gun point and falsely charged with a DUI and false documentation was submitted to the court by Sullivan and Husarik ( killers in police uniforms) threatened to be hung in a jail cell, lost his Illinois driving privileges, had to flee the state to stay alive, Lost his business personal property and finances,Gerald Goldman did call the FBI on January 16,1983 from the jail pod area for help and was told in regard to his kidnapping at gunpoint and false charge of DUI (let us know how it turns out in court) In 2008 Gerald Goldman was victimized again by the State of Illinois in amount of, $500,00 based upon false documentation submitted to the court by Sullivan and Husarik.The Illinois State Police had been notified of the unsolved murders of John Gattuso and Jasper Campise and informed as to who ordered the hit on Ken Eto as well as to the identities of the persons that murdered Campise and Gattuso but they claim that the case is out of their jurisdiction. Information as to who ordered the hit on Ken Eto and as to who murdered Jasper Campise and John Gattuso along with volumes of documentation, photos, witness names address and phone numbers and other supporting documents which Gerald Goldman at great financial expense provided to the FBI. Since 2008 the FBI has failed to investigate killers in police uniforms, Lt. Robert Sullivan and Richard Husarik of the Lyons Illinois Police Department or interview a list of witnesses provided to assist them in their investigation to solve the 27 year old unsolved crimes. The above named police officers have gotten away with racketeering,witness tampering and murder for more then 27 years.
